3. Rental Terms

Rental Period: Begins on the date of delivery or pickup and ends on the agreed return date, unless otherwise extended and confirmed in writing.
Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the care, safekeeping, and return of all rented equipment.
Damage or Loss: The customer is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.
Late Returns: Additional charges may apply for late returns beyond the agreed rental term.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may attract a charge.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms will be confirmed upon booking or invoicing. Delays in payment may attract late fees.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but agreed prices will be honoured for confirmed orders.
A deposit may be required for certain types of equipment or bookings.

5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery is available across specified areas and may be subject to additional fees.
Delivery and collection times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or availability.
Customers must ensure the delivery site is accessible and safe for unloading equipment.

6. Equipment Condition & Safety

Equipment is inspected before delivery to ensure it is in good working order.
The customer must inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues.
Equipment must only be used by qualified persons and operated in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and Jamaican safety regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our equipment or website.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the total rental or service fee paid by you for the affected order.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Non-payment
Breach of these terms
Misuse of equipment

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you agree to how your data is handled as described there.
